Knowledgeable Instructors.
The IV Therapy and many of the other courses were developed and managed by a Registered Nurse Educator with a Master's Degree in Nursing Education and more than 28 years of nursing experience. The IV Therapy course is run by a Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) nurse. IV class assisting instructors are all experienced Infusion Nurses.
Meet Our Lead Educators
Owner, Director, and Clinical Educator
Andrea has more than 28 years of nursing experience, including med/surg, pediatrics, emergency, rehab, home health, Infusion therapy, and education. Her educational background includes professional development for nurses and other health care providers, plus academic teaching. She holds her Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) certification and a Master of Nursing Education (MSN-ed)
She has recently been a tenured tract University instructor for a PA State school's BSN and ASN nursing programs. She currently works as a specialty home infusion nurse, in addition to directing and teaching with Frontline Medical Training Services.
Andrea found the company to fill the growing need for healthcare facilities as they attempted to train staff while suffering from a lack of available resources to provide quality evidence-based training.

Janet Moriango RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Lead IV Therapy Instructor
Greater Philadelphia Area
Janet has many years of experience working as a nurse, with a focus on infusion therapy. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) and a BS in Biology.
She currently works as an IV Clinical Educator under Frontline Medical Training Services, a Transfusion nurse with Advanced PICC Specialists, and a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
​Marci is an experienced nurse with a specialization in the fields of intensive care and cardiovascular intensive care. She also has nursing experience in urgent care, where she cares for patients of all ages. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing Education (MSN). In addition to providing IV instruction with Frontline Medical Training Services, she is a clinical instructor with practical and registered nursing students, as well as a practicing nurse in a cardiovascular unit for a large hospital system.
